Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate computational nature of digital report synthesis:

• Non-Refundable Once Generated: Once a digital report (e.g., Deep Kundli, Vastu Audit, Career Transit) has been successfully generated and delivered to your dashboard or email, the service is deemed fulfilled and non-refundable.
• Generation Failure / Corrupted File: If a report fails to generate due to server error or if the delivered file is corrupted, our support team will regenerate the report free of charge or issue a full refund within 3–5 business days.
• Incorrect User Input Data: If incorrect birth details were submitted by the user, please contact support within 24 hours. While automated reports cannot be recalled, our team will evaluate requests for a discounted regeneration.

Live audio, video, or chat consultation sessions with verified astrologers are subject to the following rules:

• User Cancellation Ahead of Schedule: Scheduled sessions cancelled at least 2 hours before the appointment time are eligible for a 100% wallet credit or refund.
• Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before appointment or user no-shows may incur a nominal slot reservation fee.
• Astrologer Unavailability: If a consultant fails to attend a scheduled session, the user is entitled to an immediate full refund or complimentary rescheduling with another verified expert.

Approved refunds can be credited back to your AstroSiri Wallet instantly, or transferred back to the original source payment method (bank account / UPI / card) within 5 to 7 working days according to standard banking processing cycles.
