When you order paid AI reports or book astrologer consultations, payment gateway transaction IDs, payment methods used, and billing details are recorded. Note: AstroSiri does not store credit card numbers or UPI PINs directly; payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

2. Trusted Service & Infrastructure PartnersCloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud), SMS gateways, email delivery networks, and payment processors bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

3. Legal & Statutory AuthoritiesWhen mandated by law, court order, subpoena, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AstroSiri, its users, or the public.

4. Business TransfersIn the event of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, or asset sale, user data may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to equivalent privacy commitments.
